Dharma Nights with Jon (on-line)

On the 2nd Sunday of the month, I offer a Dharma talk after a short sit. We then have some Q&A and discussion. This is an opportunity to explore various aspects of the Dharma and how these can help us in these times and in our lives.

Diggin’ the Dharma Podcast

Check out my podcast with my good friend Doug Smith. It’s a relaxed discussion of the Buddhist Dharma between fellow practitioners. I tend to be practice-centered, while Doug is more focused on the scholarship of the early Buddhist texts, so our approaches balance each other out. And we have fun.

MBSR Teacher Mentoring

I work with new MBSR Teachers and experienced teachers seeking to deepen competencies.

Meditation Mentoring

Wherever people are on their mindfulness journey, be it weeks old or decades long, I work with individuals to deepen their practice.

Somatic Experiencing

For those seeking to work on trauma somatically, I offer support grounded in mindfulness and SE.

I am honored to have been invited by Tricycle, the Buddhist Review, to offer a series of short talks on the theme of “Joy in Uncertainty.” All four talks are now freely available on my channel.

Working with Teams and Organizations

I work with internal mindfulness advocates to develop programs which support individuals and teams to thrive and cultivate healthy workplace environments.
